鄭曉,女,1982年生,博士生導(dǎo)師,研究員,國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家,主要從事防護(hù)林工程與生態(tài)遙感領(lǐng)域,傳承創(chuàng)新了防護(hù)林評(píng)估-經(jīng)營(yíng)-構(gòu)建理論與技術(shù)體系。創(chuàng)建“天-空-塔-地”一體化綜合評(píng)估體系,攻克長(zhǎng)周期大跨度工程評(píng)估難題;解析防護(hù)林結(jié)構(gòu)-功能耦合過程,精準(zhǔn)識(shí)別工程問題及成因;研發(fā)了多項(xiàng)防護(hù)林構(gòu)建與營(yíng)建技術(shù)。近五年主持省部級(jí)以上科研項(xiàng)目6項(xiàng),發(fā)表高質(zhì)量論文26篇,獲得省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(第二完成人),參編專著2部,撰寫的戰(zhàn)略報(bào)告中3份獲國(guó)家采納、2份獲國(guó)家林業(yè)和草原局采納。三北工程建設(shè)45年進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)評(píng)估,形成“中國(guó)北方生態(tài)安全屏障建設(shè)成效研究報(bào)告”,被國(guó)家林業(yè)和草原局采納,數(shù)據(jù)支撐了國(guó)家出臺(tái)三北工程攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)舉措。
