1966年2月出生于湖北黃岡蘄春縣?,F(xiàn)兼任沈陽藥科大學制藥工程學院教授,中國微生物學會基礎微生物專業(yè)委員會、海洋微生物專業(yè)委員會委員,中國海洋學會海洋生物工程專業(yè)委員會常務委員,中國生物化學與分子生物學會海洋分會理事,中國海洋湖沼學會生物技術(shù)分會理事,遼寧省微生物學會副理事長,遼寧省土壤學會理事,遼寧省藥學會抗生素專業(yè)委員會委員。擔任《沈陽藥科大學學報》、《微生物學雜志》、《生物學雜志》、《生態(tài)學雜志》、《腐殖酸》、《食品研究與開發(fā)》編委。曾兼武漢道博股份有限公司、中國(福建)超大集團、大連韓偉集團生物工程公司顧問。
長期從事微生物資源及生物農(nóng)藥的研究。先后主持和承擔國家863計劃、國家攻關(guān)、科技支撐、中國科學院知識創(chuàng)新重要方向項目等課題30余項。發(fā)表論文110余篇,其中sci論文37篇,授權(quán)及合作授權(quán)發(fā)明專利22項,專利權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓3項、科研成果與技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓5項。與多家企業(yè)合作:承擔國家科技攻關(guān)項目"海洋放線菌MB-97制劑研制的生物技術(shù)",技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓武漢道博股份與黑龍江衛(wèi)星制藥廠,2000年合作完成國內(nèi)第一個利用海洋微生物制造的生物制劑產(chǎn)品,成果獲黑龍江省農(nóng)墾總局科技進步二等獎和黑龍江省科技進步三等獎1項(2004,排名第2);技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓及與華北制藥集團合作開展新型生物農(nóng)藥研究,共同承擔國家863計劃,近年來領導課題組從海洋微生物中發(fā)現(xiàn)新的抗生素超過20個,微生物新種3個,研發(fā)30億cfu/g甲基營養(yǎng)型芽孢桿菌9912可濕性粉劑,防治真菌病害新微生物農(nóng)藥于2016年1月在我國首先獲得登記,為甲基營養(yǎng)型芽孢桿菌全球首登新生物殺菌劑,系列產(chǎn)品實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)化。2019年和2023年,30億cfu/克甲基營養(yǎng)型芽孢桿菌9912可濕性粉劑(愛諾標博)分別獲中國農(nóng)藥工業(yè)協(xié)會2018、2022年度的“中國植保市場生物農(nóng)藥暢銷品牌產(chǎn)品”。微生物菌劑"根院士"榮獲"2020中國微生物肥料行業(yè)領袖品牌"稱號。合作發(fā)明專利權(quán)3項分別轉(zhuǎn)讓給3家生物技術(shù)公司(2008年、2011年、2019年),其中發(fā)明專利技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓山東威海金牌生物科技有限公司,共建"中科院沈陽應用生態(tài)研究所(乳山)海珍品生物飼料產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地",2013年實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的工業(yè)化生產(chǎn),公司2014年上市。2010年合作獲得湖南省科技進步二等獎1項(參加)。共培養(yǎng)及聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)碩士研究生30余名。
